Bruno Magalhaes wins Rali Vinho da Madeira 2012

Rali Vinho da Madeira 2012 starts with minimal interest by foreign drivers. There are three drivers different than the local stars. The Portugal Rally consists of 19 stages in two days in island Madeira in the Atlantic Ocean. The three foreign drivers are Juho Hanninen, Luca Betti and Rok Turk. Hanninen win the first stage but on the second stage lost the leader position by Bruno Magalhaes who finally win Rali Vinho da Madeira 2012. The ERC season 2012 is one of the weakest seasons ever without competition by the drivers.
Hanninen lost the battle with Bruno Magalhaes who takes the lead after SS 2 and the only one who can battle with him is the local Vitor Sa and both with Peugeot 207 S2000.

1. B. Magalhaes 2:39:41.8
2. V. Sa +12.6
3. J. Magalhaes +4:39.3
4. R. Moura +6:42.7
5. M. Nunes +8:30.5
6. D. Ramos +8:56.3
Juho Hanninen remain in seventh position, as on the last special stage he lost his third position due too technical problem.
