Mads Ostberg / Jonas Andersson starts the last day of Rally Finland 2013 with a stage win of SS 16 Surkee 1 with a distance of 14.95 km. Second position in the stage for Mikko Hirvonen / Jarmo Lehtinen while Sebastien Ogier / J. Ingrassia remain fifth at +5.5 seconds by the leader in the stage Ostberg.
K. Meeke: "At the last junction I lost maybe 10 seconds. I think it was the right decision (decision to change his time on stage 8), but yesterday was yesterday and today is today..."
M. Ostberg: "Just trying to do what I did yesterday. Was a good stage, I try to push as hard as I can. Obviously it is very slippery in places and it is difficult to know where to push."
T. Neuville: "I went straight on a junction, on the first junction right, I lost 5 or 6 seconds. When I was not sure I take no risk. Still a good run."
S. Ogier: "I am not in a position to take a risk, I took a bit of time to start my day. The first one I prefer to start like that and get the rhythm."
The battle for the second position in the rally between Ostberg and Neuville continue in SS 17  Leustu 1 (9.65 km). Neuville takes the stage with 0.9 seconds advantage to Ostberg.

Sordo (current 7th position): "We lost a little bit on a hairpin, we do reverse. It's ok."

T. Neuville: "I just hit very slightly the barrier, otherwise good time. Many places I can go faster, when you are not sure, I took it a little bit carefully. I try to save the tyres a little, maybe too much."
