A lot of changes in the first three stages in Monte Carlo Rally 2014. The rally continue with mix surface wet and snow stages.

Results after SS 3:
1. B. BOUFFIER (FRA) (Ford Fiesta RS WRC) 14:04.1
2. K. MEEKE (GBR) (Citroen DS3 WRC) +13.6
3. D. SORDO (ESP) (Hyundai i20 WRC) +41.5
4. R. KUBICA (POL) (Ford Fiesta RS WRC) +42.5
5. E. EVANS (GBR) (Ford Fiesta RS WRC) +46.7
6. O. BURRI (CHE) (Ford Fiesta RS WRC)+1.09.0
7. M. OSTBERG (NOR) (Citroen DS3 WRC) +1.14.0
8. S. OGIER (FRA) (Volkswagen Polo R WRC) +1.19.4

The drivers who use snow tyres are: Sordo, Evans, Meeke, Bouffier, Melicharek.
Robert Kubica (Ford Fiesta WRC) was the rally leader after SS 1 and SS 2.

T. Neuville: We lost the front of the car, went too fast in a right hander. We spun and crashed the rear. We are both OK.
R. Kubica: On slick tyres it is never easy and there was snow on the last 8 kms,the conditions are extremely difficult.
B. Bouffier:  It was good, I tried to exploit them, but it was not easy. Up to now I think we do quite a good job. With our position on the road it is not easy. The time is quite good, the position is quite good. We have to keep our concentration. After one pass I think it will be much more different on the second.
K. Meeke: So slow. It was really incredible. Even though we had crossover it was still dangerous. Really, really difficult.
E. Elfyn: I didn't want to take any risks. It was massive out there. I have had more fun out there than I've had for a long time. Thanks to good info from gravel crew I had chosen good tyres.
