Failure after failure - Tesla cars continue to cause problems on the streets

Incidents with Elon Musk's Tesla cars are on the rise despite constant software improvements.
Cars are now getting bigger and threatening safe driving.

Tesla seems to be in serious trouble. Just hours after Elon Musk pompously announced the introduction of autonomous driving, a Tesla electric car suddenly braked on the San Francisco Bay Bridge, causing a massive accident. 8 cars collided, 9 people were injured, including a two-year-old child, and traffic on the bridge remained blocked for an hour.

The driver told police that he was using the new "Full Self-Driving" feature, after which the car turned on the left turn signal and braked.
