Neuville holds the lead at Rally Italia Sardegna

Alghero (SS), June 11, 2016. What a fight between Thierry Neuville and Jari-Matti Latvala at 2016 Rally
Italia Sardegna, underway in the north of the Mediterranean island as the sixth round of the World Rally
Championship. Co-driven by fellow co-driver Nicolas Gilsoul, Hyundai Motorsport Belgian driver holds the
lead of the rally on his i20 New Generation WRC. They won SS13 Monti di Alà 2 and SS15 Monte Lerno 2
never losing first position during the second leg. On their side, Latvala and his fellow Finn co-driver Mika
Antilla on Volkswagen Polo R WRC won SS14 Coiluna-Loelle 2 and still are close to the leaders, behind by
only 16.1 seconds with only Sunday's final leg to be run. French World Champion Sebastien Ogier is keeping
his third position from yesterday despite some little issues on the rear of his Polo R WRC towards the end of
the day.

Alghero (SS), June 10, 2016. Thierry Neuville and co-driver Nicolas Gilsoul ends in the lead the second day
of Rally Italia Sardegna after a wonderful fight against Jari-Matti Latvala, co-driven by Miikka Anttila. On their
Hyundai i20 New Generation WRC the Belgian crew was fastest in the last three special stages (SS7, SS8
and SS9) of Friday's competition of the sixth round of the World Rally Championship, regaining first position
overall as already happened in the morning, when they had won SS4 and SS5.

Rally Italia Sardegna is ready to start

The event kicks off on Thursday June 9 with shakedown, Starting Ceremony and the Super
Special Stage at the Ittiri Arena. Eight tests will complete the first leg on Friday while six stages
are awaited on Saturday for the longest day of the 2016 World Rally Championship. Sunday's
Podium Ceremony will be held at 13:45 in Alghero
